Adelaide’s The Firm Gentlemen’s Club settles legal action brought by dancer

Dancer Luna took the owners of the club to the South Australian Employment Tribunal alleging there were breaches of workplace health and safety laws.

The club denied the allegations, saying it had measures in place to protect performers.

The club pointed out it has passed a SafeWork SA inspection.

The matter has now been resolved out of court, but the terms of the settlement remain confidential.
